Lucky Pup Bakery provides dog products made with wholesome ingredients intended for canine consumption only.
Products are not intended for human consumption.
Always supervise your pet while consuming products.
Please review ingredient lists carefully. Lucky Pup Bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
If your dog has allergies or dietary restrictions, consult your veterinarian before use.

2. Orders & Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order received.
Standard processing time is 7–10 business days, unless otherwise stated.
You will be notified if there are any delays.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payment is due at the time of order.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout or communicated at time of order.

4. Shipping & Local Pickup

Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.
Lucky Pup Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Local pickup (if offered) must be arranged and picked up within the agreed timeframe.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of consumable pet products:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds are only issued for damaged items or order errors reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo proof.

6. Pet Safety Disclaimer

Lucky Pup Bakery products are not a replacement for meals.
Usage amounts should be appropriate for your dog’s size and diet.
Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.
Consult a veterinarian with any concerns.
